Jelly Jealous is a self-initiated concept inspired by my lifelong love of jelly, a word that sparks instant nostalgia, play and wonder. Imagined as London’s first jelly parlour, it’s part eatery, part experience: velvet-booth meetings by day, and a phone-free, curiosity-driven space by night. The brand blends food, culture and interaction, from in-store design-your-own moulds to Jelly & Jam, a live music and tasting night.
