Jelly Jealous is a self-initiated concept inspired by my lifelong love of jelly, a word that sparks instant nostalgia, play and wonder.

Imagined as London’s first jelly parlour, it is part eatery, part experiential space: velvet-booth meetings by day and a curiosity-driven environment by night.

The brand explores food, culture and interaction through a designed system, from in-store jelly moulds to Jelly & Jam, a live music and tasting event series.
